Overview of
Responsibilities:
Grow our book of business by:
managing branch profit and loss.
managing branch achievements.
managing branch operations.
developing marking and sales strategy.
Grow our culture by:
being a dynamic and experienced leader.
leading training and development for existing and new employees.
identifying areas of improvement and taking action! Communicate effectively.
Support the team with cultivating an engaging environment.
Bring a 'fire in the belly' to win, create, and maintain a BEST Place Work Culture by living our Core Values.
Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
Managing the branch at our Hazel Green location.
Hiring and executing training procedures for new and existing employees.
Evaluating performance and providing ongoing training.
Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
Proven track record as a successful Branch Manager.
